Nanny requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of post high school childcare experience
  • Exemplary childcare references
  • Ability to make a 1-2 year commitment to a Family
  • High School Diploma (college degree or coursework in child related field preferred)
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • A reliable, insured vehicle
  • Strong driving record
  • CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to complete)
  • Fully comfortable with W2 and payroll service
  • Non-Smoker

FEES QUOTED AT TIME OF CALL. Standard 13% of annual nanny salary.

Fill out the family contact form or give us a call at 865.474.0204 so we can learn more about your needs.

Family Consultation

We will learn all about your family and give you resources for a successful nanny & family relationship.  A $600 non-refundable deposit is due at this time.

Start the Search

Based on your needs, we start an individualized search to find your perfect nanny.  Each candidate is interviewed in person and submits to reference and background checks. When a candidate is found, we will present you with the nanny’s profile and contact information to set up an interview.  We will follow up with you after the interview for confidential feedback.

Hire Your Nanny

Once you decide to make an offer to a candidate, we will walk you through the ins and out of the hiring process.
